CEOToolSuite Refund Policy

No Refunds

SUBSCRIPTION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. YOU WILL BE CHARGED IN FULL FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION TERM IN WHICH YOU CANCEL, AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR ANY UNUSED PORTION OF SUCH SUBSCRIPTION TERM. Following any cancellation, you will continue to have access to the subscribed services through the end of your current subscription term. CEOToolSuite may, at its sole discretion, provide a refund, discount, or credit ("Credits") in specific instances. However, the provision of Credits in a particular case does not entitle you to Credits in the future for similar instances, nor does it obligate CEOToolSuite to provide additional Credits.

Exceptions

In cases of technical issues or service unavailability directly caused by CEOToolSuite, we may consider prorated refunds or service credits. Such considerations will be made on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our discretion.

Changes to This Policy

CEOToolSuite reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new refund policy.
