Getting Started

Welcome to CEOToolSuite. This guide will help you set up your account and get familiar with the platform. CEOToolSuite provides powerful tools for forms, remote management, e-commerce, and link pages - all running on Cloudflare's global edge network for blazing fast performance.

Quick Start Steps

  1. Sign up- Visitceotoolsuite.com/signup and create your account with email or social login.
  2. Verify your email- Check your inbox and click the verification link.
  3. Access the portal- Log in atportal.ceots.io to see your dashboard.
  4. Enable products- From the portal, activate the products you need (Forms, Manager, Shop, or Links).
  5. Configure settings- Each product has its own settings panel. Start with the defaults and customize as needed.
Tip:Start with Links (free) to get familiar with the platform before subscribing to paid products.

Forms

Forms gives you a powerful dashboard to view, search, and manage all your form submissions in one place. Built on AG Grid for enterprise-grade data handling, it supports unlimited forms with real-time updates.

How to Use Forms

  1. Connect your account- Sign up for Forms and your existing forms are automatically detected.
  2. Select forms to manage- Choose which forms appear in your dashboard from the settings panel.
  3. Browse submissions- View entries in a clean grid. Click any row for full details.
  4. Search and filter- Use the search bar for text search or date filters to narrow results.
  5. Export data- Click the export button to download as CSV or JSON.
Tip:Configure summary labels in settings to see key fields at a glance in the grid view without opening each submission.

Manager

Manager lets you control Claude Code sessions remotely from your iPhone or any web browser. Send commands by voice or text, receive real-time responses, and get push notifications when Claude needs your attention.

How to Use Manager

  1. Install the iOS app- Download Manager from the App Store (or use the web dashboard at portal.ceots.io).
  2. Connect your session- Link your Claude Code instance using the pairing code shown in your terminal.
  3. Send commands- Type or tap the microphone to speak. Commands are sent to your Claude Code session.
  4. Review responses- See Claude's work in real-time. Approve changes or provide feedback.
  5. Get notified- Push notifications alert you when tasks complete or Claude needs input.
Tip:Use voice commands for quick fixes while away from your desk: "Fix the typo in README", "Run the tests", "Add the missing import".

How to Set Up Your Store

  1. Create your store- Name your store, pick a slug (e.g., shop.ceots.io/your-store), and you're live.
  2. Add products- Upload images, set prices, configure variants. Drag and drop makes it easy.
  3. Connect payments- Link your Stripe or Square account in settings to start accepting payments.
  4. Configure shipping- Enter your ship-from address and enable carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx).
  5. Process orders- View orders in your dashboard, print shipping labels, and send tracking emails.
Tip:For unique items (art, antiques, custom pieces), use the "Unique Item" product type - it automatically archives when sold so customers don't try to buy sold items.
