What support is included with the perpetual license?

The $10,000 perpetual license includes full consulting and setup support. We'll work with you to deploy CEOToolSuite on your Cloudflare account, configure all services, and ensure your team is trained. This typically takes 1-2 weeks. After setup, support is available via email.

What's the difference between SaaS and perpetual license support?

SaaS customers ($7/month base) receive email support with 24-48 hour response times. Perpetual license customers get priority support during setup and can purchase ongoing priority support as an add-on. Both options have access to documentation and tutorials.

Can you help migrate from Auth0/Okta?

Yes! We provide migration guides and support for moving from Auth0, Okta, or similar platforms. Since we use Auth0 for identity and add our graph authorization layer, migration is straightforward. Most migrations complete in 1-2 weeks.

Do you provide Cloudflare setup assistance?

Absolutely. For perpetual license customers, we handle the entire Cloudflare setup including Workers, R2, D1, KV, and Vectorize configuration. For SaaS customers, you don't need a Cloudflare account - we handle all infrastructure.

What about custom development?

Custom development is available for perpetual license customers and is quoted separately. Since you own the code with a perpetual license, you can also make modifications yourself or hire your own developers. We're happy to provide guidance on the architecture.
